We operate a free collection & delivery service for repairs (subject to certain terms & conditions).
Installation charges
Our standard minicab radio fit from £30 plus parts if prebooked & paid for in advance at our Walthamstow site or £35 at Canning Town. Parts charged extra.
More complex installations including trucks and semi-covert work done locally - please ask for rates.
Programming Charges
Modern (current models) from £10 per radio. A discount may be made on large fleets if they are exactly the same models undertaken all at the same time.
Repair Charges
Our minimum charge per radio is £25 which includes up to the first 1/2 hour labour + parts.
If the individual repair is likely to cost more than £50 including parts we will ask for permission to repair, and may request full payment before commencement of repair.
Should we have the estimate refused then if you collect the set then there's no charge, however if we deliver back we will make a small charge to cover our costs.
If the radio estimate is ignored, and/or the sets remain uncollected after we remind you for more than 30 days we will dispose of them.
Emergency out-of-hours Emergency Callouts
An emergency callout service is only offered for Maintenence Contract customers as an option.
